Brand Sponsorship of Global Professional Golf Tour
We were briefed to create a brand and messaging structure to raise brand awareness of a global organizational consultancy that aligned to their over-all brand promise to be utilized across all media, promotion and live events. The messaging themes developed were built around ‘perseverance and potential’ based on the players’ own experience of their involvement with Tour.
We then went on to create an ongoing content plan and worked closely with the client’s internal and external marketing teams and in house creative to ensure fulfillment and delivery of the programme against clearly identified KPIs.
Consisting of 13 individual and global professional lighting brands, the client initially required advice on the creation of a Master or Hybrid brand for the Group Company in order to unite and support the individual brands, creating clarity and association for its stakeholders, partners and end-user customers. Working with the Group Board a Hybrid Brand detailing Promise, Vision, Mission, Personality and Brand Values was created along with a Group corporate and visual identity.
Brand Strategy Partner
The Magnus Club is employed as the outsourced strategy partner for a global management consultancy with an over-all remit to close the ‘strategy gap’ needed to align the business objectives with the marketing strategy and delivery, working alongside the client’s in-house creative ‘agency’.
Global Brand Repositioning
Working closely with the CMO who was tasked to reposition and humanize the global brand whilst maintaining existing brand values. We developed a new brand model and brand experience specifically aimed at building stronger client relationships through simplification of process, product and service.
Channel Partner Messaging
A global video surveillance and security company that sells products and services only through an established partner network wanted to reinforce the value and differentiation of their go to market strategy, which is specifically different to their competitors. We created an over-all value proposition, key messaging platform with reasons to believe and user guide for all internal and external content creators.
Digital Transformation Repositioning
Our remit was to dramatically change perception of this global people consultancy from an analogue business to an organization that now had a ground breaking AI platform at its core. Working with the senior leadership team we workshopped to understand the tech capabilities and business opportunities and then developed a go-to-market positioning aligning all departments and lines of business to the ‘digital first’ offering.
Employer Brand Development
Bringing together stakeholders from Talent Management with Brand Marketing we co-created a new Employer Brand for a global division of Cannon. This strongly communicated the personal development opportunities for individuals within the organization, achieved through recognizing and celebrating the capabilities of colleagues whilst supporting them to achieve both individual and corporate success. We then developed a creative strategy and brief for the Client’s external creative agency to deliver a creative platform for the EVP.
DE&I Campaign Strategy
Requirement to establish and grow a leadership position for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion for established consulting organization. Working with senior and specialist client teams we developed the market position, content strategy and 18 month fully integrated marketing plan to create awareness and demand gen through paid, owned and earned channels supporting both ABM and sales enablement activity.
